Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the Visuals by Hendri online store.

2. Products
All products in the online store are produced to order. This includes photography prints such as acrylic glass and other print materials. As every product is produced specifically for the customer, minor colour or detail differences may occur compared with the example images shown on the website.
3. Orders and payment
After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The order will only be processed after payment has been completed successfully.
4. Delivery
Production and delivery are handled by an external production and shipping partner. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Visuals by Hendri is not liable for delays caused by the producer or carrier.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because products are custom-made and produced to order, the right of withdrawal is excluded. Cancellation or returns are not possible unless the product is damaged or supplied incorrectly.
6. Damage and complaints
If a product is damaged or supplied incorrectly, the customer must report this by email within 48 hours of receipt. Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be included. An appropriate solution, such as replacement, will be discussed.
7. Liability
Visuals by Hendri is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of supplied products. Liability is limited in all cases to the amount of the relevant order.
8. Copyright
All photographs and images remain the property of Visuals by Hendri. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Applicable law
All agreements and orders are governed by Dutch law.
